Why?

Began with my personal struggle against potentially fatal food allergies and severe diet restrictions imposed by Tourette’s Syndrome. Seeking to find solutions that hold food practices accountable and ensure safe eating in households and communities.

Since then, I've been dedicated myself to building safe, secure, and sustainable food systems as a tech entrepreneur and social advocate.
